Pace Watch operates independently of your phone or watch GPS, allowing for a seamless experience during your training sessions. This feature makes it particularly advantageous for runners looking to enhance their pace without relying on their mobile devices.

The watch is designed to assist you in maintaining your target pace throughout your training. Should you deviate from your set pace—either speeding up or slowing down—the device provides subtle feedback by tapping your wrist and emitting a tone at five-second intervals until you return to your desired pace.

 <li>Utilize the buffer setting to provide some flexibility around your target pace, accommodating natural variations in speed.</li>
 <li>If you prefer tactile notifications only, the silence option in the control center allows you to mute audio alerts.</li>
</ul>

Pace Watch integrates with HealthKit to access relevant data from the Health app, including workouts, distance, and active energy (calories burned). It also records new metrics back into the Health app, enriching your fitness tracking experience.
